Welcome! Here is a message from out school leader, Jes Edridge

When someone you know becomes part of our community, then you are part of our family. We serve students knowing that it takes a village to raise a child.  We do not take our role in this responsibility lightly and are privileged to serve such a diverse community at BCMA. There are 165 students in grades kindergarten through eighth grade. We are committed to providing the best academic programs and personal growth for our students.

At BCMA every single student is important and every single student has the ability to thrive. Our staff is made up of over 20 teachers, paraprofessionals, custodians, food service workers and administrative staff who all work for the students.

We are a school community that uses the proven effectiveness of the Montessori education model to teach a broad spectrum of students, successfully nurturing each child on their journey towards knowledge. There are multi-age classrooms that help stimulate personal growth and responsibility. Students engage in learning tasks that appeal to them and that are geared toward their level of readiness.

We are a passionate and caring community with common goals of achieving high academic standards, providing a safe community and building character to prepare kids for active, thoughtful and caring participation in the world around them.

Thank you for entrusting your student to us. We are excited to be on this journey with you.

In partnership,

Jes Eldridge
